The art directors referenced my Global Warning figure in CA when they first commissioned me, so I did include a rough that was similar. But smartly Chuck and Chris picked the better solution.
I decided to the buildings as lights, so I would feel a bit more "showbiz" and less corporate and
worked it out the composition in photoshop.
But of course I had handpaint every dot. Why? I don't know. But I hope it gave it a bit more charm...
